When it came time to purchase our first place, Joanne was right there to walk us through every step of the process. First time buying can be an overwhelming process and was made easy by Joanne. Because of her detail, we were able to understand the different options as well as know what to look for in a home (e.g. cracks, water damage indicators, etc.). After awhile, we were able to go from a condo to a house, so we again used her. The third time we used Joanne, it was time to relocate out-of-state, so we enlisted her help to sell our home.

Using her for both buying and selling was easy and fun! She is extremely knowledgeable and easy to understand. I highly recommend using Joanne whether you are selling or buying.
