After spending years in the corporate world,
I wanted to be more closely connected with the end of result of my efforts – to make a difference and be able to see the results of that difference. I call it "Helping Build Your Legacy". I love getting to know the people I’m helping – their stories, their families, their dreams and their challenges. I’ve worked with several families for over a decade – helping them, their friends and families buy and sell properties.

Graduate and undergraduate
classes in Business Administration coupled with years of experience in large and small businesses give me a solid background in understanding contracts, compliance, administration, etc., -- a great benefit in the Real Estate industry. I love keeping up on economic trends, the mortgage industry, cultural shifts – anything that can affect real estate.

The most rewarding aspects of Real Estate
for me personally are assisting clients with
-
Shedding the burden of a large home and moving to something more manageable,
-
Getting that “foot in the door” for first time buyers who never thought they would own a home.
-
Building wealth - purchasing that first rental property with a long-term goal of paying for college from the income.

I elected to join Keller Williams Realty
because their mission is a “win-win”, “do the right thing”, very inclusive culture, and is always improving technology for their agents and our clients. Our office provides fabulous support for questions, compliance issues, and how-to’s. Not to mention, I get to teach classes twice a month, and have been mentoring new agents through their first few transactions.

When I’m not working,
I recharge by hiking the waterfront with my Hubby in Pittsburg, Martinez, and Benicia. Hiking is my favorite activity to unwind. I am an active volunteer with RotaCare Pittsburg Free Medical Clinic in fundraising, and ensuring that the Clinic volunteers get fed at the end of their shift! I also love community events – volunteering with my Rotary Club at the Seafood Festival, helping St. Vincent DePaul with Food Distribution Days, participating in Keller Williams’ Red Day events, etc. When I’m “sheltering in place”, I enjoy jigsaw puzzles, improving my speaking skills with Toastmasters, reading almost everything, watching movies & my guilty pleasure – European Crime Drama Series. Currently, I’m re-learning the piano.
